Our trustees ensure the Jane Lemon Foundation is presented in the correct manner, helps operate in the areas that Jane would wish and controls the day to day running of the decisions made on the support given to good causes.

Nick Child is a Managing Director at Secretariat based in London and has played an active role in the global disputes industry for over 29 years. Nick spent over 21 years at Keating Chambers in London, where he was appointed Senior Clerk by Sir Vivian Ramsey in 2005.
He transferred his skills to the consultancy world in 2013 when recruited into a global construction disputes practice at a publicly traded consultancy. He was the first Senior Clerk to ever make such a move.
Nick is the founder of Law Rocks!, a charity fundraising global battle of the bands among legal organisations across the globe. A father of five children, he is also a Lifetime Ambassador to KidsOut (www.kidsout.org), a charity which gives disadvantaged children positive experiences to support them becoming future members of our society and workforce. Nick has been included in “The Lawyer Hot 100”, a publication listing the 100 most influential people in the Law in the UK who said of him; “Child goes to 11”.
Nick Clerked Jane her entire career from pupillage until he left Keating in 2013, and they remained very good friends until her untimely passing.
Sir Vivian Ramsey is a former member of Keating Chambers, Sir Vivian Ramsey had previously enjoyed a notable earlier career in civil engineering prior to joining chambers in 1981. Gaining a degree in Engineering Science from Oriel College, Oxford, he went on to work with Ove Arup in both London and Libya.
Following his move to the Bar, Sir Vivian Ramsey quickly established his expertise in construction and engineering disputes. Showing a particular affinity for international cases, he was soon practising in many parts of the world, including appearances before courts in the Far East and West Indies and arbitrations in four continents.
Sir Vivian hand the pleasure of leading Jane when she was only a few years call, and noticed her amazing potential early on. They went on to do many cases together, including a particularly long running dispute over an airport in Asia.
David Thomas KC is a Member of Keating Chambers, and had the pleasure of leading Jane before she took Silk on numerous disputes around the world.
The pairing was such a powerful combination that demand far outdid supply, and they were hugely sought after by clients. David is known for his forceful advocacy, incisive cross-examination skills, commercial awareness, and the clarity and practicality of his advice. He has been instructed in some of the biggest and highest profile cases in the world including the Shard, Wembley Stadium, the Olympic Stadium and the Burj Khalifa.
